Although we try our utmost to ensure that your Candleesa products arrive in perfect condition, we understand that, in some cases, there may be reason to return or refund certain items. We can accept refunds based on the following conditions:
Candleesa must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept a return after this period. All Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt and should be packed in a safe and secure manner. If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed to ensure that we can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Exchanges We cannot provide echanges for our products, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food)
Items on sale
Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
